As a part of Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the Department of Criminology, School of Social Work, Roshni Nilaya, Mangaluru and NITTE (Deemed to be University), Faculty of Biological Science, Nitte University Centre for Science Education and Research, Deralakatte, Mangaluru a half-day workshop on Finger Print developing for 50 B.Sc. (Hons.) Biomedical Science students in NITTE Paneer Campus, Deralakatte ,Mangaluru on September 23rd , 2023. Ms. Sarik Ankitha, Head of the UG Department of Criminology, shared her knowledge and expertise with participants at a workshop.

The students received a hands-on demonstration on how to develop fingerprints using black powder and grey powder. This workshop was a positive initiative which helped the students to develop valuable skills and knowledge.
