An extension programme on the topic “Team building”was organized by Department of MSc counseling in association with Shree Devi College of Fashion Design, Mangalore facilitated by 8 M.Sc Counseling students on 14th December,2022. The 65 students of 1 and 2nd year Fashion design, Shree Devi College Mangalore actively participated in the session.
The objectives of the session was to enable the members to understand what teamwork is and make them aware of the skills they need for better team building. The facilitators explained what teamwork is,some benefits of teamwork and the skills needed for better team building.
The facilitators conducted some exciting exercises for the members to make them understand the effectiveness of teamwork.The group members were able to understand the content presented and shared their experience. The outcome of this session was that they became aware of the importance of teamwork and how they can benefit from teamwork and how to contribute for a better team building.
