On 23 June 2023, Two Final year BSW students, Five Second year BSW students and Six First year BSW students along with Mrs. Veena B K and Mrs. Anusuya Kamath, Assistant Professors, BSW Department, School of Social Work, Roshni Nilaya, Mangaluru participated at Alva’s Reach 2023 a State Level Seminar on “Digital World and Psycho-Social Challenges” Alva’s College Moodabidri. Ms. Prathvi P, II BSW has bagged two prizes in Alva’s Reach 2023 a State Level Seminar on “Digital World and Psycho-Social Challenges” at Alva’s College Moodabidri on 23 June 2023. She bagged the Third prize for Paper Presentation on the topic Influence of social media on Lambani Tribes Lifestyle and the Second prize for a short movie competition based on the theme of social media and Mental Health. Ms. Bhakthi, III BSW, Ms. Jeevitha Joydon Monteiro, Ms. Nagashree D V, Ms. Nisi Jose, and Ms. Shalma Smitha Rodrigues from II BSW participated in the Social Melody. Ms. Navya, III BSW participated in Poster making competition. Ms. Spoorthi Govind Hegde, I BSW competed in the Paper Presentation competition on the topic Cyber Security: Issues and Challenges. Ms. Gagana T, Ms. Disha, Ms. Gowthami M, Ms. Teresa Rose Santhosh and Mr. Sanketh D Nayak, I BSW participated in Mime.
