Sahayog Events

A workshop on Participatory Rural Appraisal was organised by the SAHAYOG Forum for twenty nine final year BSW students at Seminar Hall, School of Social Work, and Roshni Nilaya on 3rd April 2018. The resource person for the workshop was Mr. B. Ramachandra Bhat, Retired Social work Trainer at MYRADA. During the workshop students understood the purpose and various methods of PRA that would help them to conduct PRA in their Field Work Communities. Students demonstrated various methods of PRA like Transact Walk, Resource Mapping, Venn Diagram, Social Mapping in the college campus. Group activities were also conducted to the students. There were also interactive sessions between students and faculty.
