Crimino-Vision Events

UG Department of Criminology, School of Social Work, Roshni Nilaya organised a workshop on Investigation Skills for the students of Criminology on 26th October 2021 at 3 P.M. in the College Auditorium. The resource person for the session was Mr. Mahesh Prasad, Inspector, City Crime Branch, Mangaluru City. He gave an insight into the process of investigation and explained the importance of IPC, Cr.P.C, and Indian Evidence Act & Special Act. He stressed upon the NDPS Act and even spoke about some cases which he and his team had solved. A total of 25 students along with two faculties of the department of Criminology and Programme coordinator participated in the workshop.
