Capacity Enhancement Session on Team Building

A capacity enhancement session on “Team Building” was organised by the department of Counselling On 18th August 2023. The session was facilitated by Ms. Jyothi Kanade, a Freelance counsellor and a trainer at Susheg lifeine.

The objective of the session was to create an opportunity among the freshman in understanding each other and building skills that enhance cohesiveness among the members. The session was very much interactive and energetic. She engaged students in various activities like creating a story using the materials available around the place, solving puzzles, blowing a balloon, blind folding. Through these activities students were taught team building, effective communication, assertiveness in team members, collaboration and coordination among teams. Along with learning, students also enjoyed each activity.
