Ms. Vishakha Poojary and Ms Aaliya Banu, YRC Volunteers completed the course on COVID-19: PSYCHOLOGICAL FIRST AID by PUBLIC HEALTH ENGLAND on 17th July 2020. A free Psychological First Aid course for frontline workers and volunteers dealing with the psychological impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. It trains and equips staff to provide support and recognise people at risk of distress.
