The Speaker for the session, Mr.Ruwan Uduwerage-Perera (FHEA; FRSA; Visiting Fellow - Solent University, South Hampton, England; and Visiting Academic – Raksha Shakti University, Ahmedabad, Gujarat) addressed the audience on the theme “Need for Putting Theory into Practice : The Necessity for Merging Academia & Practitioners, to tackle 21st Century Crime”.
