The Following Sports Activities were organized under the Guidance of Assistant Professor Department of Physical Education SANDEEP U
• Football (Men Section): Participated the Independence Cup Inter collegiate Foot ball tournament held at Nehru maiden Mangalore on 12th to15th August 2017. Lost in Second round.
• Aquatics (Women Section): Participated the Mangalore University Inter collegiate Aquatics tournament, held at GFGC Women’s college Puttur on 21 August 2017, Secured in Fourth Place. Ms. Merula Joy Pinto from IBA banged four Bronze Medals in 50mts Free style, Back Stroke, Butter fly and100mts Free style.
• Table Tennis (M&W Section): Participated the Mangalore University Inter collegiate Table Tennis tournament held at M.G.M. College, Udupi on 22, 23, 24 August 2017. Both section (M&W) Lost in Third round.
• Organized National Sport Day on 29 August 2017 in College Campus.
• Shuttle badminton (Women Section): Participated the Mangalore University Inter collegiate Shuttle badminton tournament, held at SDM (BBM), Mangalore on 29, 30, 31 August 2017, Preliminary round Winners. Champions round lost in Quarter Final. Secured in Fifth Place
• Shuttle Badminton (Men Section): Participated the Mangalore University Inter collegiate Shuttle badminton tournament on, held at SDM (BBM), Mangalore 29, 30, 31 August 2017. Lost in Quarter Final.
• Yogasana (Women Section): Participated the Mangalore University Inter collegiate Yogasana tournament, held at Sri Rama First Grade College Kalladka on 2, 3 September 2017. Secured in Six Place.
• Organized Rural Sports 2017 for UG students in collaboration with Dept of Rural Development and NSS Unit 9th September games like race, piggy back race, hand ball etc
• Chess (M&W Section): Participated the Mangalore University Inter collegiate Chess tournament, held at UPMC College on 14, 15 and 16 September 2017. Secured in Tenth Place in Women Section.
• Ms. Panchami Shenoy K, student from I BA has been selected and Participated for South Zone Inter-University Chess Competition held at Chennai on 30th October to 4th November 2017.
• Basketball (Men Section): Participated the Mangalore University Inter collegiate Basketball tournament held at Yenopoya College Derlakatte, Mangalore on 03 and 04 October 2017, Lost in Second round.
• Football (Men Section): Participated the Mangalore University Inter collegiate Football tournament, held at Nehru maiden Mangalore on 21, 22 and 23 September 2017. Lost in Third round.
• Basketball (Men Section): Participated the Aloysius Cup-2017 Inter collegiate Basketball tournament, held at St.Aloysius College Beeri Kotekar on 09 and 10 October 2017, Mangalore Lost in Second round.
• Mr. ASHWIN MALLYA K, student from I BA has been participated in 10th Western National Level Open Karate Championship-2017, held at Nandini Sabha Bhavana, Karnataka State, Govt Employees Association Hampankatta Mangaluru on 2nd and 3rd December 2017 and secured Third Place in the 18 years category .
• Ms. Panchami Shenoy K, student from I BA has been Participated National Level Open FIDE Rating Rapid Chess Tournament held at Kaup Udupi on 09th to 10th December 2017 secured Fourth Place.
