A reflection programme was organsied for Final year B.A/B.S.W Students on 21st December 2020 on the topic ‘Signs of Concentration’ by Dr. E.V. Swaminathan , B. Tech Engineer, Human Resource Trainer, Counselor and Consultant with international recognition. Prof.Vineetha K, Registrar evaluation,School of Social Work,Roshni Nilaya introduced the Resource Person.
Dr. E.V. Swaminathan discussed the aspects of concentration and its significance. He also pointed out the importance of stress management and coping mechanism. Certain activities related to memory power and concentration were conducted.The session helped students to get to know about various methods of improving memory and attaining inner peace.
He helped the students to reflect their own feelings and draw insight into oneself. The session ended with the Vote of Thanks delivered by Tanushri Shetty of III BA. A virtual session was conducted via Google Meet from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM.
