The department of M.Sc Counselling organised a Psycho-educational Programme, Scintilla- Ignite the Spark in You, on February 27, 2016.
The session focused on building on Life skills among the Young adults. The mode of the session was an activity based group process
facilitating skill development within the participants.

Psycho-educational sessions were effectively facilitated by 10 II M.SC students on different themes like- Stress Management, Dealing with Negative Emotions, Gratitude, Trust, Building and Maintaining Relationship. 80 participants from various colleges across Mangalore benefitted from the session.
