Scintilla 2018, Activity based Psycho-educational programme was organised on February 10th, 2018. The session centred on the theme of building Psychological Capital. Scintilla 2018 was inaugurated by Dr.Malini Mukund. She stressed on the need for having a sense of humour, resilience as an important adaptive skills.

The sessions were facilitated by students of II M.Sc. Counselling. Various topics covered throughout the day was Self-awareness, Self-esteem willingness to change, optimism, cultivating Positive emotion and mindfulness.

80 participants from various colleges in Mangalore participated and benefitted from the session filled with expressive mode of learning, introspection, skill acquisition was a motivating experience.
