Sr. Agnesia discussed the four essential relationships in human life: the relationship with oneself, with others, with nature, and with God. She suggested turning to nature for solutions to most of our day-to-day health problems. Traditional medicinal knowledge, including Ayurveda and other traditional forms of medicine, can contribute to building a healthier life. She emphasized the presence of numerous herbs in our kitchens that can treat minor health issues and boost immunity against various ailments. Furthermore, she mentioned the benefits of yoga and meditation in developing a healthy body and a sound mind.

In the latter part of the lecture, Sr. Agnesia showcased live examples of plants and herbs that can be used for medicinal purposes. She used a combination of live demonstrations and a PowerPoint presentation to illustrate how these valuable resources can be found in and around households.

The program concluded with a vote of thanks proposed by Aishwarya, a final-year Rural Development student. A total of 81 students from various departments actively participated in the event. Associate Professor Cecilia Farida Goveas, the IQAC coordinator, was also present during the guest lecture, enriching the program with her presence.
