Our students have participated in various tournaments under the guidance of Assoc. Prof. Flossy Rayappan, Physical Director, and Ms. Swathi, III B.A, Sports Secretary.

The Annual Sports Day was held on 9th February, 2013, at Pandeshwar Police grounds for the U.G. and the P.G. students.  The Chief Guest was Mr. Naveen Shetty. We conducted the track and field events. The individual Championship for the P.G. was Ms. Diana and Mr. Prakash Lobo of I MSW; in the UG section, Ms. Iris I BA and Mr. Sachin II BA bagged the individual championships.

A list of Inter-collegiate events in which students participated and secured awards is summarized below:

• The Girl’s team of our College participated in the District Level Dasara Sports Meet Badminton Tournament held on 12th September 2013 at Mangal Stadium and secured second place.
• The College Football team participated and reach the quarter finals in the Dakshina Kannada Football Independence Day Tournament for boys held on 9th August, 2013 at Nehru Maidan.
• The Girls and Boys team participated in MUIC Badminton Tournament held on 26th -27th August 2013 at SDM College Ujire and qualified up to quarter finals.
• The Boy’s team participated in MUIC Table tennis tournament held at Bhuvendra College Karkal on 28th September 2013 and qualified up to quarter finals
• The Girls team participated in MUIC Volleyball Tournament St. Agnes College on 20th and 21st September 2013.
• The college team participated in the MUIC Athletic Meet held at Mangala Stadium on 10th , 11th and 12th December 2013 in 100 metres and 200 metres. Ms. Iris II BA, Ms. Swathi III BA 1500 metres, Ms. Dhanya I BA and Ms. Swati I BA in the relay team and Mr. Ashwin I B.A. in Shot-put. 
• The Boys team participated in MUIC Volleyball Tournament held at PPC Udupi on 18th and 19th December 2013 reached up to pre quarter finals.
• At the College Level Inter Class competitions are conducted in various Sports and Games Foot ball, Volleyball, Throw ball, Cricket, Basketball, Kabbadi, Khokho, Badminton, Table tennis, Chess, Caroms.
