Rain water harvesting is implemented in the campus to increase water availability and to conserve water.

  • Department of Rural Development - Herbal Garden , Vermi-Culture.
  • Criminology Department- The only department under Mangalore University that has collaboration with the Police Department and provides Rifle Training for the students and staff every year.
  • Kannada Department -   Conducts training in administrative Kannada for Government organisations, Kannada for non-kannadigas; Inter Collegiate Folk Show is an annual feature.
  • Department of English- Skill Development Course (for students and community), Language Lab, conducts language skill and personality development sessions for the students of other schools and employees.
  • Sociology – Economics Department:  In-house Bulletin ‘Mirrors Within’.  Community Services.
  • Department of Psychology: Conducts psychological tests and sessions for the students, teachers, and parents and others.
