Youth Red Cross Events

On 18 October 2022 Youth Red Cross Unit organized Skill Based Training for Youth Red Cross volunteers at 3:30 PM in the Auditorium, School of Social Work Roshni Nilaya, Mangaluru. YRC Programme Officer Ms. Anusuya Kamath welcomed and introduced the trainer Ms. Shobha Jacintha D’Souza, Assistant Professor BSW Department cum Member of Child Welfare Committee, Dakshina Kannada District, who trained the students on Mat Making with the objective of wealth out of waste which helped the volunteers to gain skills in prepare mats through innovative way for vocational self-reliance as well as for household purposes. Total of 16 YRC volunteers participated in the training programme.
