On the occasion of Crime Prevention Month December 2018, the UG students put up a street play on 26th and 27th December 2018 highlighting the issues concerning the general public.
The students enacted scenes of chain snatching, cheating, pick pocketing, sexual harassment of women and role of peer pressure in consumption of drugs.
The street plays were enacted in eight locations under four police stations of Mangaluru.
Some of the places where the street plays took place were City Centre, Lady Goshen bus stop, KSRTC bus stop, Shree Gokarnatheshwara college, Big Baazar, Urwa Store bus stop, Mangaladevi temple and Forum Fiza Mall.
