On 8th of August the students of Sociology-Economics Forum (II Year) and Rural Development Forum (III Year) visited the Mangalore Union Milk Dairy Co-operative, Kulshekhar, Mangalore.
The visit exposed the students to the way the cooperatives function.
The staff at the processing unit explained and showed how various products and milk based items (Ghee, Milk, buttermilk, sweets, lassies, curd etc.) are prepared and packed.
