A two-day unique Orientation Programme for freshers of BA/BSW was held on 4 & 10 July, 2013 and was facilitated by Prof. Joselyn Lobo, Ms. Ratna Pinto and Ms. Luella Shanthi Lobo of GRID (Group for Institution Development). The main objectives of the programme were:
- To appreciate the basics of building sound interpersonal relationships among the new batch of students.
- To enable students to look at college education with self-confidence.
The programme, which was entirely participatory in nature included themes such as self-awareness and self-discovery, group building, transition from school to college and goal setting.
