Thirty-Nine Final Year BSW students, accompanied by Ms. Veena B K and Mr. Joel Joseph, Assistant Professors participated in a study tour to Mysore from 14 June, 2022 to 19 June, 2022. The group visited the following Rural and Tribal Organizations and Hamlets.
o The Organisation for the Development of People (ODP)
o Development Through Education -DEEDS
o Vivekananda Girijana Kalyana Kendra (VGKK)
o Ashoka Trust for Research in Ecology and the Environment (ATREE)
Apart from social work organizations, the students had an opportunity to visit historical and sightseeing spots like Mysore Palace, Chamundi Hills, St. Philomena Church, and KRS Dam.
