In keeping with the principles of the National Adolescent Health programme, the Department of Psychology, School of Social Work conducted a mental health awareness programme titled ‘Knowing you and I’ on Thursday, December 7th 2017 and Friday, December 8th 2017 at St Agnes PU College and Milagres PU College, respectively.
A skit, mime, dance, documentaries (prepared by the students), role play and a power point presentation weremade to bring out issues like body shaming, strained interpersonal relationships, academic pressures, strained parent-adolescent relationships, etc. using Eric Berne’s four life position quadrants.
