MINDMAP – a half-day workshop for 23 INFOSYS employees was held on Saturday, November 17, 2018 in the College seminar hall from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., in keeping with the theme of World Mental Health Day 2018. Ms. Sandra S. Lobo, Head, Department of Psychology, led the workshop, which was accompanied by six II BA students.
The workshop unlocked the door of one’s mind towards increased productivity and positive well-being among the young employees. It facilitated mutual partnerships, the sharing of commonalities and differences, and the development of connectedness through a variety of activities. It was interactive, with audio-visual aids, with the goal of improving job effectiveness and psychological well-being. The workshop modules were based on Stephen Covey’s Seven Habits of Highly Effective People.
