Film ‘Modern Times’ was screened to 18 III B.A students and reviewed on 12th September 2013.
Film ‘The Brave New World’ was screened to 18 III B.A students and reviewed on 13th September 2013 to deliberate upon the impact of the movie as against the novel.
An inter-class Collage Competition on the topic ‘Liberation’ was organized for 200 I and II BA and BSW students from 17th to 20th September 2013.
Group work was initiated through the preparation of a Wall Magazine titled The Augustan Age to the Moderns for 57 Optional English students of I/II/III B.A from 17th to 23rd September 2013.
Four students accompanied by a faculty attended ‘All Write’- A National Workshop on English for Specific Purposes on 19th and 20th September 2013 at St. Agnes College, Mangalore.
Talents were unearthed by the Department in collaboration with the Department of Psychology, through an art exhibition on September 24, 2013 in the College Auditorium.
Consultancy offered by providing Basic and Advanced English Language Skill Development Programme to the P.G students through out the semesters.
