Crimino-Vision Events

Department of Criminology had organised a ‘Forensic Science Exhibition’ for BSc. (Honours) Forensic Science students of Yenapoya College, Balmatta, Mangalore on the 25th and 26th of September 2019.

The students were divided into 2 batches,{35 students in each batch} for a duration of 2 days. III BA and II BA students described the various  fields of Forensic Science. Practical demonstration on fingerprints was shown to them and the students were taken to a simulated crime scene and were educated on  the procedure of inspection, investigation, collection of evidences and reconstruction of a crime scene. Ms. Sarik Ankitha, HOD of Criminology had conducted a session on Techniques on Crime Scene Investigation.
