The students of SSW Roshni Nilaya were given the opportunity to explore their skills and enhance their knowledge through the AICUF Orientation hosted by the college with the assistance of Mr. Joclyn Lobo , a dynamic individual with years of experience in teaching at various degrees of educational positions. There were about 50 students present from the UG department from both BA and BSW streams.

He has made many notable achievements throughout the course of his career but he is mostly admired and recognized for his innovative and unique methods of passing knowledge to the next generation and instilling in them confidence and a sense of purpose.

This was was convincingly demonstrated when he began his speech by with a game guided only through the task of teamwork and patience. The gathered audience were divided into five groups where they had to pass through the loop of an elastic, come out and pass it to the next person beside you to do the same until the elastic reaches the last person.

Following this talk, there was yet another game in the form of a riddle with which he tried to develop the students’ analytical skills and reasoning. The motive of of the game was to make the young audience understand that even in a situation that seems too complicated to come out of , there is always a solution present if you calmly choose to understand and think about the situation to the fullest.

Mr. Lobo then pointed out how the dynamic proposals and ideas of the yuyouth has ultimately always made AICUF improved for the better ultimately providing a platform for them alternatively.

AICUF is known for it s religious social service but Mr.Joselyn emphasised on the fact that AICUF goes beyond Social Work. It empowers youth in many aspects that serve to be beneficial for life in the long run.

The last game involved a paper with circles printed on them, he asked the audience to draw anything that is circular in nature.
