The students of MSW had a session with ‘Rexon Confidence Academy’, which is a part of CSR activity of Hindustan Unilever Limited, an Indian consumer goods company on 23rd January 2019 at School of Social Work Roshni Nilaya.
The motive of ‘Rexona Confidence Academy’ was to educate the students on how to face the Job interview. Ms.Nisha from RCA addressed the students and explained regarding the importance of personality, attitude and proper communication during an interview. She also explained the significance of selection of the right colour cloths, proper grooming, body language, gestures and personal hygiene while attending an interview through videos. The session was very helpful for the students to prepare for a job interview as a fresher and gave lots of insights regarding dos and don ts of a job interview.
