The HR second year students made a visit to Dathur Panthtengadi National Board for Workers Educationat Padil, Mangalore. Mr. M S Matapathi, Regional Director of Mangalore centre addressed the students and briefed on the various activities undertaken. The session gave us insight on the various aspects of workers education namely building responsibility behavioural modification, environmental hygiene, work safety, labour laws etc. The department strives for education, motivation and upliftment of the employees or workers both in organized and unorganized sector.
