1. Understanding the growing trend of using social network
2. To identifying the influence of social networking site on the well-being of class XI students of Yenepoya Pre University College
3. To educate the group on causes and effects of social network
4. To overcome the compulsive internet usage by using CBT-IA
5. To help the group recognize the effects of social networking on their comprehensive health
