Place: Canara Higher Primary School, Urva

Aim: To make the members understand, realise, adapt and practice positive schooling outlook and behaviour.

Objectives:

1. To introduce the concept of positive schooling.
2. To highlight its characteristics and benefits.
3. To familiarise the members about positive school culture/climate and ways to develop it.
4. To make the members aware of different learning styles and how they can adjust their teaching styles to the learning styles.
5. To help the members develop positive approach towards academic issues of students.
6. To train the members with strategies to deal with behavioural issues of students.
7. To help the members to cope with the stress effectively.
8. To bring an overall change in the mindset of members towards more positivity.
