You don’t have to be positive or feel happy all the time. Remember you are human! Not a Robot! Ever heard a sick man getting cured without medical assistance?? Isn’t your mind as important as your body? Then why shy away from seeking professional psychological help! You are important, so are your feelings and thoughts.
Sometimes it’s okay to take a break from the routine and find yourself at peace.

Sometimes it’s okay to say you are feeling mad and talk about it. Nobody is going to stop you from reaching comfort but ‘you’. It all begins and ends in your mind. What you give power to, has power over you, if you allow it.

As we observe the World Mental Health day on October 10th, let us pledge and strive in making Mental Health a reality for everyone in our family, neighbourhood, society and everywhere. Together we are stronger, together we can make a difference in the Mental World and build resilience. It’s Time to get together to make our world a better place to live in.
