When Emotions and Innocence come together- M.sc. Counselling conducts a session for UKG children

For the first time ever in the history of the Department of M.Sc. Counselling the II M.Sc. Counselling students facilitated a group session on emotional quotient on the 27th of September 2019. The session was based on the topic ‘EMOTIONS’ for 58 students of UKG, Roshni Nilaya, Mangalore. It was a one hour group session which began at 09:40 am held in collaboration with the Kindergarden School and Department of M.Sc. Counselling.

The session was conducted in 7 groups with two facilitators in each group. It was led by two facilitators each simultaneously in 7 different groups. Little children were taught to know and identify different emotions through art, craft, music and creative exercises. Both facilitators and learners had thorough fun in teaching and learning.
