The Post Graduate Department of Criminology and Forensic Science had organized an interaction session for first year MSc CFS students on the topic ‘Role of a Security Investigator in Corporate Sectors’ held on 14th September 2022 at 1.30 pm. Mr. Niketh P.S., Global Security Operation Analyst, Hyderabad and an alumni of the department was the resource person.

Mr. Niketh interacted with students pertaining to the field that he had experienced as Security Investigator at Delhivery, Shimogga and Global Security Analyst at Hyderabad handling the investigation aspects of national and international client of the Centre. He spoke about the nature of work done by the security investigators in the corporate sector, guidelines and professional ethics that need to follow while handling the cases. There were queries by the students regarding the job approach in the corporate sectors, procedure of handling cases and its investigation, challenges faced during the investigation and submission of report. Altogether, 14 students were present during the interaction session.
