· The Maria Paiva Couceiro Memorial Lecture was well attended which was held on –February 4th 2015 on the topic “Not beyond us” by Dr. Jalaluddin Akbar KC, Director and HOD of surgical oncology, Mangalore Institute of Oncology, Pumpwell, Mangalore. The program was an awareness on detection and prevention of cancer.
· A Visit to the Destitute home of Mother Teresa Convent was organized. It was an enriching experience. We met the inmates who were very well looked after. Invested time bonding with them, talking to them and making them feel special. The alumni association has also been generous in donating clothes to the inmates.
· The Home Coming day was organized on 20th September 2015. Mrs. Jacintha Alfred, Hon’ble Mayor of Mangaluru City Corporation who is also an alumna was the guest of honour.
