The students of II MSW PM & IR organised a Personal and Professional Development session titled La Entrevista, a platform for learning on how one needs to showcase their unique selling point at an interview to bag their dream job. The informative presentation was organized in the Maria Paiva Hall, School of Social Work Roshni Nilaya at 3.30PM on the 4th of September, 2018.

The programme began with a prayer and an official welcoming of the gathering. A short video clipping of a sample interview was presented, where the audience was able to observe the way in which the interviewee answered the questions of the interviewer.

This was followed by a role-play by a team who enacted an interview, wherein the audience were able to pin point the do’s and don’ts at an interview. The requirements and the etiquette expected from an interviewee were discussed in detail.

The floor was open for questions and feedback, where the audience were able to provide the team with constructive and critical feedback. After the vote of thanks was proposed, the session came to an end after the rendition of the national anthem.
