Mr. Senthil, an alumnus of School of Social Work Roshni Nilaya working at Syngene International, Mangalore, addressed the students of II MSW – PM & IR on the 4th of August, 2018.
Mr Senthil began the session by sharing about his journey and his struggles to become an HR professional. He elaborated on the challenges he faced when he moved from a manufacturing setup to an IT sector, and also spoke on various employee engagement activities practiced in the IT sector.
Mr. Senthil suggested that the trainees stay updated with day-to-today business news, and with technologies like HR analytics, in order to become successful in the profession of HR. The trainees received valuable inputs on preparing oneself to face the realities of the corporate world and to withstand the competition in the course of professional growth.
